Terms of Use — Vedlify

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using Vedlify, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, discontinue use of the application and services.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information and protect their login credentials. Unauthorized access to another user's account or device is prohibited.

3. Device Usage and Responsibility

Users are responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining devices according to applicable instructions and safety requirements. Users must not misuse, overload, or modify devices in ways that could cause damage, injury, or property loss.

4. Device Damage and Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE DEVICE OWNER, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW AND WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS.

If a Vedlify device is broken or damaged due to the owner's or user's misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized modification, physical impact, water exposure, or failure to follow operating instructions, the owner may not be eligible for a refund for that damage.

Refund, repair, and replacement requests will be assessed under the applicable product warranty and refund policy. Nothing in this section excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Remote Device Control

Remote operation may be affected by internet connectivity, power failures, server availability, hardware faults, and other technical issues. Do not rely solely on the application for safety-critical operations. Use appropriate independent safeguards.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, network failures, and third-party interruptions may affect availability.

7. Unauthorized Use

Users must not bypass security protections, interfere with service operation, access other users' accounts, or use Vedlify for unlawful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vedlify will not be responsible for losses arising from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

9. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary due to misuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a revised effective date.
